Christopher J. Langpaul graduated summa cum laude from Drake University in 2004 with a B.A. in Business Management. In 2007, he received his J.D. with highest honors from Drake Law School and his M.B.A. through the Drake College of Business. He is licensed to practice law in both Iowa and Nebraska, and also holds an active real estate salesperson's license in Iowa.

Chris practices law at LaMarca & Landry, P.C. where he is part of the Business Practice Group. He practices primarily in the areas of corporate law, real estate law, construction law and civil litigation.

Chris sits on the Executive Board of Advisors for 360 Real Estate.

Chris is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Iowa Association of Realtors (IAR). He is also a member of the greater Des Moines Young Professionals Connection (YPC).

Chris was one of thirty-three local business and professional leaders to be selected for the 2010 Class of the West Des Moines Leadership Academy.  The West Des Moines Chamber Leadership Academy is an intensive, year-long, regionally-oriented leadership development program designed to give potential and emerging leaders the skills, knowledge, and ongoing support they need to succeed in the West Des Moines community. It is designed for outstanding individuals who desire to sharpen their leadership skills and gain a greater understanding of the region’s economy and community networks. It is taught by local leaders for local leaders.
