Larry A. Wood has practiced in multi-family, commercial and residential investment real estate for over 35 years. Larry’s business knowledge, his pursuit of perfection and his integrity have built a strong client base.

Experience:Larry’s diversified work history has exposed him to multiple aspects of a successful real estate practice. He is experienced in site selection/evaluation, site acquisition, contract negotiation, project management, marketing and the Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. Larry has also had extensive experience with the rehab of conventional, tax credit and historic multi-family units.

Larry served as Vice President of Real Estate Development for over 10 years with Paramount Financial Group, Inc., for 3 years as Vice President of Cottage Lifestyles, Inc., for 4 years as Vice President of Trison Corporation and 7 years as Director, Management Information Systems with General Growth Development Corporation. He also served as President of Republic Realty, Inc., and Preferred Management, Inc.

Larry joined 360 Real Estate Services, Inc. in 2009 as a Broker Associate. In addition to real estate brokerage, Larry also provides site selection, consulting and project management services to tax credit and multi-family developers.

Larry is an avid fisherman and, in his spare time, fishes throughout Iowa and Manitoba, Canada.

• Submitted and received 15 Section 42 LIHTC tax credit awards in Iowa, Missouri, Minnesota, Nebraska and Texas.
• Provided project management delivering over $500,000,000 in LIHTC projects on time and within budget.
